During operation, oil-immersed transformers need to be inspected regularly to ensure their safe and stable operation. The inspection content includes checking whether the appearance of the transformer is intact and whether there is any oil leakage; at the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to key indicators such as the temperature, sound and oil level of the transformer to promptly detect and deal with abnormal conditions. Through daily inspections, it can be ensured that the oil-immersed transformer is always in good working condition, thereby ensuring the safe and reliable power supply of the power system. Frequent inspections and continuous monitoring should be carried out on the operating oil-immersed transformers to promptly detect any abnormal phenomena or potential faults, thereby preventing serious accidents that may occur. During the inspection and monitoring process, the following key items should be paid attention to: (1) Pay attention to whether the transformer makes abnormal sounds, such as uneven sounds or discharge sounds, which may indicate internal problems. (2) Check whether the oil level is normal and whether there is any seepage or leakage, which is related to the sealing performance of the transformer. (3) Monitor whether the oil temperature is within the normal range. Usually, the upper oil temperature should not exceed 85℃ to prevent overheating. (4) Check whether the bushing is clean and whether there are cracks, damage or discharge to ensure the insulation performance. (5) Pay attention to whether there is heat at the joint, which may indicate poor contact or overload. (6) Check whether the explosion-proof membrane of the explosion-proof pipe is intact to ensure that the pressure can be released in time under abnormal conditions. (7) Confirm whether the gas relay is leaking oil and ensure that it is filled with oil to achieve correct gas protection function. (8) Check whether the breather is unobstructed, as well as the oil level and silicone moisture absorption of the oil seal breather to maintain normal breathing. (9) Ensure that the cooling system is operating normally to maintain the stable working condition of the transformer.
